- How do usage limits work?
- Each plan includes an amount of usage each month. What an analysis uses depends on your data and how much work the question takes, so there is no fixed number of questions or analyses. Max 20x includes twenty times Pro's usage.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- A running analysis pauses where it is and continues when your usage renews at the start of your next billing month, or as soon as you upgrade. Nothing is lost: your data, the plan you approved and every result so far stay in place. Settings in the app shows how much you have used and when it renews.
- Does unused usage roll over?
- No. Your usage starts fresh each billing month, so usage you don't spend doesn't carry over.
- How do I upgrade?
- Choose a new plan in Settings in the app. A higher plan raises your monthly usage straight away, so you can keep working instead of waiting for it to renew.
- What does every plan include?
- The full scientific workflow: a check of your data, a literature review, a plan you approve before anything runs, three independent auditors, R and Python, verified and cited reports, and notebooks. Free, Pro and Max differ only in how much usage they include.
